The Nurse Practitioner position involves delivering evidence-based, patient-focused care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive patient assessments and care
• Coordinate care pathways with hospitalist physicians
• Document and communicate effectively with care teams
• Lead clinical program development and quality initiatives
• Promote collaborative practice standards and patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with NP qualifications
• Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred
• Proven experience in program evaluation and clinical leadership
• Valid BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
