What you bring…
Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the care of geriatric clients and adult chronic disease management
Strong leadership, organization, research, evaluation, time management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Point Click Care and RAI-MDS
Familiar with the "Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act" and associated regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual and reliable
