As a part of Homewood Health, you will serve as a Registered Practical Nurse in a dynamic setting focused on mental health and addiction recovery. You will address various patient needs within inpatient programs, contributing to seamless, evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes through careful attention and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients in specialized mental health programs
• Assist in administering medications and treatments to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Conduct clinical assessments following admission
• Participate in patient and family conferences for care continuity
Requirements:
• Current registration as an RPN with CNO
• Preferred experience with psychiatric diagnoses and addiction
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
• Flexibility in work schedule availability
