• Provide clinical assessment and care for geriatric patients

• Adhere to regulations under the “Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act”

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration in Extended Class

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in geriatrics

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with RAI-MDS regulations

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
