In this role, you will be accountable for delivering safe and effective care to patients and their families. You'll work closely with a dedicated healthcare team to enhance the experience and outcomes for mothers and their babies. Your nursing expertise will be pivotal in providing compassionate care throughout the birthing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guided evidence-based care during birthing
• Build relationships with mothers and families
• Participate in team-based patient care
• Accurately document care activities
• Educate families on neonatal and maternal health
Requirements:
• Must hold a current Registered Nurse certification
• Certification in Fetal Health Surveillance is necessary
• Experience in Labour and Delivery is essential
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
