Key Responsibilities:

• Manage WSIB claims from documentation to appeals

• Coordinate assessments for employees returning from disability

• Communicate updates on restrictions to leadership

• Support wellness programs in collaboration with the Wellness coordinator

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Completion of nursing program with health designation

• Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety regulations

• First Aid/CPR certification required

• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability

• Capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly
