WRHN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a hemodialysis setting. This position requires solid clinical experience and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will engage with chronic patients and families, promoting independence and patient education while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative and supportive care to patients
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary nursing team
• Educate patients on self-management and care practices
• Coordinate integrated care between units
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• BCLS certification required
• Two years of clinical experience in hemodialysis care
• Preferred certification in nephrology nursing
• Leadership experience in hemodialysis preferred
