Wellington Health Care Alliance is looking for motivated Nursing Champions across three hospital sites. This leadership role is ideal for Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses with at least three years of clinical experience. You will serve as the nursing voice in planning, workflow design, and implementation, ensuring that nursing perspectives are reflected in the Health Information System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent nursing perspectives throughout HIS implementation
• Analyze nursing workflows for optimal design
• Validate nursing documentation and order sets
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Support training initiatives for nursing staff
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Strong nursing workflow knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support peers through change
