Elevate employee wellness as a Senior Occupational Health Nurse with Kenvue, located in Guelph, Ontario. You'll conduct health assessments, manage workplace injuries, and promote comprehensive health programs.
At Kenvue, we're looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our committed team. This onsite role involves comprehensive health services including assessments, injury management, and compliance with health regulations. Your expertise will directly impact employee well-being, integrating health promotion initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices in occupational health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-employment health assessments and health screenings
• Manage and report workplace injuries and rehabilitative care
• Develop and deliver health promotion and wellness programs
• Ensure safety compliance with relevant health regulations
• Support employee health and participation in safety committees
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• 4-6 years nursing experience, with 2 years in OH preferred
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Certification in Basic Life Support and First Aid
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
