Position: Occupational Health Nursing Role at Kenvue
Become a pivotal force in employee health as an Occupational Health Nurse at Kenvue in Guelph, Ontario. In this onsite role, you will provide health assessments and injury management services.

Kenvue is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to enhance our employee health initiatives. This position entails responsibilities such as health assessments, monitoring workplace hazards, and developing health programs. You’ll work closely with HR and management to support a culture of health and safety, directly impacting the well-being of employees across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and pre-employment screenings

• Manage work-related injuries with follow-up care and documentation

• Implement health promotion programs and employee education

• Ensure adherence to health regulations and data privacy

• Collaborate with EHS teams to maintain safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

• 4-6 years nursing experience, with at least 2 in Occupational Health

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Familiarity with WSIA, OHSA, and relevant regulations

• Certification in Basic Life Support and current nursing registration
