We are looking for two dedicated Registered Nurses with strong communication and leadership skills. In this part-time Clinical Resource Lead role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of inpatient care, working closely with the Patient Care Manager. Your experience will guide unit staff in providing optimal patient care during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inpatient care operations and staff

• Collaborate with the Patient Care Manager on care delivery

• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff

• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing services within the unit

• Lead change initiatives and team development efforts

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a baccalaureate degree

• 3-5 years clinical experience in medical-surgical settings

• Charge nurse experience preferred

• Certifications in Basic and Advanced Life Support required

• Proven ability to manage change and build team capacity
