SE Health is seeking a proactive RN to provide high-quality patient care across Fergus, Elora, Drayton, and Arthur areas. You will carry out comprehensive client assessments and develop individual care plans based on best practices. Expect to lead client care as the primary provider while connecting clients to local community support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive client assessments for tailored care
• Lead client care as a primary provider during shifts
• Collaborate with community support services for seamless care
Requirements:
• Current RN Certificate of Competence in Ontario
• FT daytime availability with weekend and on-call duties
• Updated immunization records and background checks
• Willingness to earn required SE Health certifications
• Current CPR certificate mandatory
