St. Joseph’s Health System in Guelph, ON is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Long Term Care (Temporary Full-Time) to lead and direct holistic care for LTC clients. The role requires collaboration with physicians and the inter-professional team, with emphasis on program development and quality improvement.
The position is based in Guelph with days Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts, temporary for approximately 12–18 months. Strong clinical leadership and Ontario RN EC registration are essential.
