We are seeking two motivated Clinical Resource Leads to oversee inpatient care operations. You'll work under the Patient Care Manager's guidance while assisting with assessment and evaluation of nursing services. This position demands strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering team development and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the inpatient care unit

• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure high-quality care

• Mentor nursing personnel and provide clinical guidance

• Evaluate patient care plans and nursing interventions

• Facilitate change processes and team engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse in good standing

• 3-5 years of medical-surgical clinical experience

• Prior charge nurse experience highly regarded

• Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications essential

• Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing priorities
