Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diverse nursing care within Homewood Specialized Services

• Follow detailed care plans based on patient assignments

• Administer and manage medications for patients

• Initiate and perform clinical assessments post-admission

• Engage actively in team and patient discussions

Requirements:

• Valid RPN registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Up to 6 months nursing experience preferred

• Current CPR certification and knowledge of MHA

• Strong crisis management capabilities for acutely ill patients

• Technologically proficient in multiple software systems
