Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily patient care operations within the unit
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of care plans
• Lead initiatives to improve team performance and care quality
• Assist in navigating change for better patient and staff outcomes
Requirements:
• Valid baccalaureate degree in nursing, Registered Nurse status
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant clinical experience
• Experience in a charge nurse role preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
