Make a difference as a Clinic Nurse (RN) at Para Med in Guelph. Provide crucial care to patients of all ages in a supportive, full-time environment.
This role offers the opportunity to support patients in their homes, demonstrating your nursing expertise while scheduling appointments and tailoring care plans. Work hours are 8am to 8pm on weekdays, with alternating weekends. Enjoy the autonomy to build meaningful relationships while ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ individualized care needs using proven techniques
• Execute and continuously monitor personalized care plans
• Engage patients through collaborative rapport building
• Maintain thorough patient records for each encounter
• Provide on-call coverage, ensuring patient safety
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
• Experience in community care is an asset
• Reliable and flexible attitude in work
• Passion for enhancing community health and well-being
