Holding a current College of Nurses certificate and relevant BCLS, ACLS, and IV certifications is crucial. Recent medical nursing experience will enhance your ability to engage effectively in patient care and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diligently assess and provide nursing care to patients
• Start IVs and administer medications
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
• Engage in patient-focused palliative care practices
• Adhere to all hospital health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Required certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and cardiac pacing
• Demonstrated experience in medical nursing and palliative care
• Commitment to complete additional certifications if necessary
• Open availability for all shifts and weekends
• Completion of pre-employment health assessments required
