Shape the future of nursing at Groves Memorial Community Hospital as a Clinical Resource Lead (CRL) in the Medicine Department. This full-time role is perfect for motivated Registered Nurses looking to lead.
As a temporary CRL, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations in inpatient care areas, leveraging your 3-5 years of relevant medical-surgical experience. Your leadership will be crucial in assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care services while serving as a resource for nursing staff. In the absence of the Patient Care Manager, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain the highest care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inpatient care area operations daily
• Evaluate and plan nursing care services for patients
• Act as a resource for clinical staff and development
• Drive change processes and foster team engagement
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse with Ontario license
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a medical environment
• Prior experience as a charge nurse
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Proven ability to manage stress and adapt to change
