As a Pediatric Registered Practical Nurse, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and evaluate tailored care plans, and collaborate with community services. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless care transitions for your clients within Guelph and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
• Serve as the primary caregiver for designated clients
• Collaborate with community services for client support
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends
• Comprehensive immunization and background checks
• Willingness to obtain SE Health certifications
• Active CPR certificate
