SJHCG seeks an accountable Registered Practical Nurse dedicated to adhering to the College of Nurses of Ontario's standards. In this role, you will provide care to patients, supervise staff such as PSWs, and collaborate with RNs to address complex care needs. Your contribution will support the mission and values of SJHCG while navigating established goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general nursing care for patients
• Supervise and guide unregulated care providers
• Collaborate with RNs for complex client care
• Develop care plans for less-complex clients
• Participate in health program delivery and research
Requirements:
• RPN registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one year hospital experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional patient service and leadership abilities
• Basic computer skills
