Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident needs during intake and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications and deliver skilled nursing procedures
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Experience in geriatric care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle administrative duties effectively
