School Nurse

We are currently hiring a Part-time (RPN) School Nurse to travel around Guelph, Elora, Fergus, Rockwood with a $2500 sign on bonus!

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), who wants to be part of our school nursing team. You will also be part of a diverse and collaborative care team that will provide services to children  will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment and work in optimal RPN scope of practice to provide holistic nursing care to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients.

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client’s unique needs
• When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.
• Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
