Provide compassionate mental health nursing in Guelph, Ontario, using clinical expertise to deliver person and family centered care. This is a part time position.
Bayshore Health Care seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to support clients in their own care settings. You will tailor nursing care to individual needs and preferences while prioritizing comfort, safety, empathy, excellence, and reliability. The position involves building relationships with patients and families, promoting well-being, and supporting independence and dignity through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care tailored to unique client needs
- Provide compassionate, reliable care in clients’ care settings
- Build relationships with patients and their families
- Promote patient well-being, independence, and dignity
- Support person and family centered care decisions
- Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
- Current RPN registration in good standing
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent spoken and written English
