Farm Technician

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Farm Technician located in Guelph, ON. The Farm Technician will be responsible for daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, packaging, and maintaining microgreens and edible flowers. Additional tasks include monitoring crop health, ensuring proper care and cleanliness of equipment, maintaining high‑quality standards, and assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment as needed.

• Experience in planting, harvesting, and crop care is required.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safe handling practices is important.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow precise standards and instructions.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 40‑60 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Prior experience in sustainable farming, vertical farming, or horticulture is an asset.
