Quality Assurance And Improvement Specialist

Lead quality assurance initiatives as a Quality Systems Specialist. Focus on corrective actions, performance metrics, and supporting documentation in an agile and supportive workplace.

In this role, you will initiate and manage the Corrective Action system, working to identify root causes and streamline processes within electronics manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, assisting external audits, and developing KPI data relevant to the industry. Collaboration with project managers ensures effective communication and execution of quality tasks.

• Oversee Corrective Action execution and documentation
• Maintain and present relevant KPI data
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Create and update necessary process documentation
• Support the growth of Quality Management Systems

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100
• Practical production experience in electronics
• Knowledgeable in process and documentation development
• Robust communication and conflict management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
