Position: Quality Inspector for Max Solutions
Max Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector for the afternoon shift in Guelph, ON. Ensure quality standards and monitor production processes to meet customer expectations.

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality at Max Solutions Canada. This full-time position requires previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of print, die cut, and glue processes. Strong communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with QA managers and inspectors each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products at specified intervals as directed

• Communicate quality issues to the QA team

• Ensure sorted materials are flagged accurately

• Approve and sign off on quality documents

• Maintain compliance and perform sampling as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience

• Understanding of print and die cut processes is an asset

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent oral and written communication
