Position: Quality Control Supervisor Role
Join Linamar as a Quality Control Supervisor, where you'll spearhead quality operations and team leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is designed for experienced candidates with a focus on quality assurance and operational efficiency.

In this supervisory role, you will lead Quality personnel, create and refine testing procedures, and monitor equipment performance to maintain high standards. With at least five years of industry experience, you'll be pivotal in supporting product launches and streamlining quality processes, contributing to overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentoring to Quality staff

• Design test procedures and maintain testing equipment

• Implement quality standards and programs effectively

• Evaluate employees through performance reviews

• Engage in process audits and quality planning activities

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in a quality or manufacturing setting

• 2 years of leadership experience in quality

• Functional knowledge of ISO and quality standards

• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
