Position: Automotive Quality Inspector Level 1 Role

In this Automotive Quality Inspector position, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and inspect both incoming materials and finished products. You’ll conduct various inspections, including receiving and final release inspections, to ensure compliance with specified standards. You will also collaborate closely with different departments to communicate any discrepancies found during inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections using measurement tools

• Monitor production processes for quality assurance

• Perform audits and authorize production

• Evaluate products before shipment to customers

• Document and report quality findings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 year experience in automotive manufacturing

• Proficient in measuring equipment and CMM

• Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control concepts
