You should bring a strong background in quality assurance with at least five years of experience, aiming to reduce waste and improve operational efficiencies within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evaluate Quality personnel daily

• Develop and recommend testing procedures

• Ensure implementation of quality standards and programs

• Support product launches and participate in audits

• Oversee troubleshooting for scheduling and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in quality or manufacturing roles

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory position

• Knowledge of SPC and ISO certifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
