Quality Systems Lead

Qualifications

• Immediate, open position
• $93,330 - $103,700 annual compensation
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality or related field preferred
• 5–8+ years automotive quality systems experience (Tier 1 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM requirements
• Experience with core tools and problem‑solving methods

• IATF 16949 Lead Auditor
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Systems thinking and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple OEM requirements

• Lead QMS aligned with IATF 16949 and Magna Quality Standards
• Ensure compliance with OEM systems (GM BIQS, Stellantis CQS, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes‑Benz, Tesla requirements)
• Interface with customers on Quality Expectations and customer requirements
• Train team members on G‑Car process
• Manage internal audit program and audit readiness
• Lead corrective actions and systemic improvements (5‑Why, 8D, Red X)
• Maintain documentation and support management review
• Track KPIs and report system performance
• Provide cross‑functional coaching and support
• Perform other duties as required
