This open position is critical for the ongoing success of Magna's automotive quality systems. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–8+ years of relevant industry experience. You will oversee QMS compliance, engage with OEM expectations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949
• Ensure compliance with OEM quality requirements
• Train team members on G-Car processes
• Manage internal audit programs and readiness
• Lead corrective actions and systemic improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5–8+ years in automotive quality systems
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
• Certifications such as Lead Auditor preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
