Position: Lead Automotive Quality Systems Role
Elevate quality standards as a Quality Systems Lead at Magna in Guelph, Ontario. Focus on IATF 16949 compliance and enhance team capabilities.

As part of a dynamic team in this full-time position, you will leverage your 5-8 years of experience in automotive quality systems, preferably Tier 1. You will lead initiatives aligned with both Magna and client-specific quality standards. Your expertise in core tools and communication will be vital for managing audits and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QMS aligned with Magna standards and IATF 16949

• Ensure compliance with OEM quality systems like GM and Tesla

• Interface with customers regarding quality expectations

• Manage internal audits and readiness programs

• Provide coaching and support across functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

• 5-8+ years of relevant automotive quality experience

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949

• Leadership and communication skills are essential

• Preferred: IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, CQA certification
