Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to team members

• Manage internal audit schedules and readiness

• Track KPIs and report performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering preferred

• 5–8+ years in automotive quality management

• Strong understanding of IATF 16949

• Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills

• Relevant certifications like ASQ CQA are a plus
