Laboratory Technician

Position: Full Time Laboratory Technician at Semex

As a Laboratory Technician, you'll focus on the essential production processes that contribute to healthy dairy and beef herds globally. You will evaluate semen quality, operate laboratory machinery, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and ensure semen quality based on established guidelines

• Prepare and sort samples for processing

• Operate flow cytometry and other lab equipment

• Conduct purity analysis and monitor machine efficiency

• Manage data entry and labeling in ERP

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in a relevant field

• 1-2 years lab or production experience preferred

• Strong skills in laboratory procedures and micropipetting

• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork

• Comfortable in cold working conditions
