Join Linamar as a Supervisor of Quality Operations to enhance productivity and quality standards in manufacturing. Take charge of team management and operational efficiencies.

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the Quality department's daily tasks while providing leadership to Quality inspectors and Technicians. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and solving scheduling challenges, while also supporting the effective execution of product launches and quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment performance and address scheduling issues

• Mentor Quality personnel through effective coaching

• Recommend new testing procedures for products and raw materials

• Ensure quality standards are implemented efficiently

• Assist with the internal audit system and LPA participation

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years in a quality or production role

• 2 years of leadership experience

• Familiarity with SPC, TS16949, and ISO standards

• Ability to read blueprints and apply Geometric Dimensioning

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
