Become a pivotal part of Linamar as an Experienced Quality Inspector. This role focuses on precise in-process inspections and first-off approvals to ensure all products adhere to quality specifications.

In this position, you will utilize advanced measurement technology to conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process. Your expertise will support compliance with both customer and company standards while enhancing lab operations. You will also lead and mentor junior inspectors, ensuring operational excellence by prioritizing tasks and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality inspections using various measuring tools

• Conduct receiving and final release inspections for parts

• Ensure compliance through capability studies and audits

• Operate and maintain CMM and calibration processes

• Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality

• Strong programming skills with CMM equipment

• Competent in SPC and MSA studies

• Skilled in interpreting GD&T and blueprints

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
