Step into a pivotal role as a Quality Gauge Technician at Arrow Off Road in Guelph, Ontario, focusing on gauge calibration and maintenance. Your expertise ensures dependable manufacturing standards.
In this position, reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and calibrating all gauges used at Arrow Off Road Guelph. Requires strong experience in inspection methods and a keen eye for detail to support quality and compliance. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining production efficiency and product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all gauges are properly calibrated and labeled
• Update the gauge list and repair various gauges
• Support production certification aligned with Quality Systems
• Provide analysis and support for non-conformances
• Maintain spare gauge stock for production continuity
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in manufacturing or quality roles
• Familiarity with CMM operation preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with a problem-solving approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
