HACCP Specialist FSQA Supervisor

The FSQA Supervisor reports to the on-site FSQA Manager, providing day-to-day leadership in food safety and quality assurance programs. You will supervise QA team members while maintaining HACCP and food safety systems to address quality concerns effectively. This role requires collaboration with production, maintenance, and regulatory partners to support audit readiness and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise QA Technicians and FSQA team members

• Maintain, update, and execute HACCP programs

• Lead audits and ensure compliance with regulations

• Support investigations for food safety and quality

• Conduct team training on FSQA standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Food Science or related field

• 3 to 5 years in food manufacturing or quality assurance

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles

• Ability to lead and coach in a production environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and food safety systems
