Food Safety Quality Assurance Supervisor

In this FSQA Supervisor role, reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will manage a team focused on food safety and quality assurance processes. Your responsibilities include overseeing the execution of HACCP programs and training new staff on fundamental quality standards. Collaborating with production and regulatory teams will be essential in maintaining audit readiness and resolving quality issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of FSQA team members

• Manage and update HACCP and quality assurance systems

• Prepare for and support various internal and external audits

• Provide leadership during critical production periods

• Conduct training sessions on FSQA protocols

Requirements:

• Education in Food Science or a related discipline

• 3-5 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of HACCP and GMP protocols

• Skilled in leadership and team development

• Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with SAP
