Position: Join Arrow Off Road as Quality Engineer
Drive quality assurance initiatives with Arrow Off Road Guelph. Focus on enhancing production quality through effective inspections and compliance with industry standards.

As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Quality Manager in supporting all departments with First Article and PPAP processes. Your analytical skills will help resolve quality issues related to metal fabrication and testing requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support First Article and PPAP documentation processes

• Participate in the APQP process to ensure product feasibility

• Address quality concerns using GD&T and statistical analysis

• Execute audits and maintain IS0 9000 compliance

• Conduct gauge accuracy studies and inspections

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in quality assurance or engineering

• Knowledge of welding inspections and defect identification

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing

• Ability to analyze complex technical documentation

• Excellent communication and planning skills
