Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include monitoring quality performance standards and customer specifications in a diverse manufacturing environment. You will develop inspection plans and promote best practices to maintain safety and quality standards at Arrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute in-process and final audits in various areas

• Validate first-off processes and track results

• Conduct inspections according to production schedules

• Collaborate to correct non-conformance issues

• Complete shift reports for effective handoff

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Experience with quality certifications preferred

• Skilled in report writing and data analysis

• Familiarity with mechanical gauging tools

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with communication skills
