As part of Semex's production team, the Quality Control Technician will report to the Laboratory Supervisor and ensure our production outputs surpass quality expectations. Your assessments will range from microbiological testing to maintaining equipment reliability, contributing directly to farmers’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct morphology and bacteriology assessments on products
• Maintain rigorous standards through lab equipment upkeep
• Monitor and uphold laboratory quality parameters
• Document findings and suggest improvements
• Utilize data analysis for quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• Background in science or agriculture preferred
• Proven experience in quality control necessary
• Understanding of production facilities is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient communication in English
