Health and Safety Coordinator at PNR RailWorks

Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, you will manage safety documentation and assist in preparing essential safety documents. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to promoting workplace safety through audits, inspections, and training. Your collaborative efforts will contribute significantly to the overall HSE management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for safety records management

• Conduct safety audits and inspections consistently

• Coordinate the purchasing of safety supplies and PPE

• Assist in developing and implementing HSE programs

• Prepare HSE communications for the management system

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or relevant field

• Minimum of two years’ safety administrative experience

• Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Valid Driver’s License for travel and site visits
