This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering along with 3-5 years in QA or manufacturing roles. You will be responsible for implementing quality systems, performing gauges calibration, and engaging in internal audits to ensure excellence in processes and products. Leverage your experience to influence quality standards positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for compliance with health and safety standards
• Review and develop calibration methods for accuracy
• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
• Conduct layered process audits for ongoing improvement
• Support 8D corrective action initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
• 3-5 years of QA or manufacturing engineering experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Lean principles preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance beneficial
