Domain Logistics is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound quality inspections. This role requires strong leadership to manage QA teams and ensure adherence to Vendor Class Programs as well as validate shipments. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, training personnel, and investigating quality issues, ultimately ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inbound and outbound quality inspection functions
• Validate shipments against customer orders
• Train warehouse personnel on inspection protocols
• Investigate and resolve product packaging issues
• Maintain effective quality documentation systems
Requirements:
• Degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs
• 2+ years leading QA teams
• Solid understanding of GMP and GDP principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
