Property Management Administrator

Position: Contract Property Management Administrator
Join Skyline's Business Operations team in Guelph as a Property Management Administrator on an 8-month contract. Be the key support for our property management team, managing tenant inquiries and accounts receivable.

In this role, you'll provide administrative support to property managers and residents, ensuring accurate data entry and timely financial reporting. Your expertise will help maintain streamlined operations, from rent roll reviews to legal notices, while focusing on delivering exceptional value to customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries and work orders

• Manage accounts receivable and prepare monthly financial reports

• Process rent arrears documentation and legal notices

• Handle tenant payments and reconciliations

• Coordinate property administration and vendor follow-ups

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation

• Strong data entry and database management skills

• Understanding of residential property management principles

• Proficiency in Yardi database preferred

• Minimum 2-3 years post-secondary education or equivalent experience
