• Chair Board of Directors meetings and AGMs
• Prepare reports and AGM packages for board meetings
• Coordinate repair recommendations and oversee trades
Requirements:
• Valid CMRAO Limited or General License
• 2+ years in Condominium Property Management
• Proficient in Buildium and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication skills for board meetings
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
