About Belchim Canada

Belchim Canada has been a proud supporter of Canadian agriculture for over 25 years, providing a diverse and innovative range of crop protection chemistry, nutritional, and crop management solutions. Headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Belchim Canada serves fruit and vegetable producers, field crop and cereal farmers, greenhouse operations, the turf and golf industry, and forestry across the country.

Belchim Canada is a subsidiary of Certis Belchim, a global leader in crop protection solutions. Certis Belchim is headquartered in Londerzeel (BE) and Utrecht (NL) with more than 800 engaged colleagues working in more than 23 countries worldwide. Certis Belchim provides employees an experience of a friendly atmosphere among colleagues who are passionate about what they do. We offer a workplace where our employees can accelerate their career.

Together, we bring forward a broad portfolio of products informed by world class research and development from around the globe, including innovation driven right here in Canada. Through strong collaboration with growers, researchers, and industry partners, we ensure our solutions deliver reliable performance and respond to the evolving needs of Canadian agriculture.

About your team

This role is part of a tight, cross-functional group that brings together R&D, regulatory affairs and product management to support Belchim Canada’s growing portfolio of crop protection and biological products. The team’s work is grounded in science, field performance and practical solutions for Canadian agriculture.

R&D and regulatory colleagues collaborate closely with product managers to plan and oversee field trials, generate the technical data needed for Canadian registrations and translate performance results into clear commercial direction. The group works with biologicals, biostimulants and traditional crop protection tools, ensuring they fit the unique production conditions across Canada.

Within this environment, the R&D, regulatory and product management group is highly connected and collaborative. Team members share ideas freely, problem-solve together and play a direct role in shaping the direction of new products and technologies. It’s a setting where curiosity, clear communication and field-level insight are valued, and where your contributions directly support innovation and commercial growth across Canada.

How you’ll make impact

You will play a key role in connecting science, strategy and on-the-ground results. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and R&D to design and deliver high-quality demonstration trials that showcase product performance in real-world conditions. You will turn complex trial outcomes into practical training tools and clear communication materials that help our teams speak confidently about product benefits.

You will strengthen both marketing and sales by providing ongoing technical guidance and product expertise, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to support customers effectively. Your early focus will be horticultural crops across Eastern Canada and British Columbia, with opportunities to contribute to prairie field support as needed. Through this work, you will help drive informed decision-making, better customer engagement and stronger commercial results.
