The KTT Specialist will be pivotal in planning and executing knowledge transfer activities that benefit Ontario's agricultural community. Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of farmer-focused KTT strategies

• Synthesize research into practical educational materials

• Manage multiple projects and ensure compliance

• Foster collaboration among agricultural stakeholders

• Coordinate events to enhance knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in agriculture or related area

• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in KTT

• Proficiency in project management techniques

• Experience in outreach and educational programs

• Familiarity with agricultural research methodologies
